“Frank was extremely quick in getting back with me after my initial call.  My job was very small and I was having problems getting someone out to do a small job but Frank assured me that they could handle a small job.  Even with the size of this project he still came out to inspect first before sending the crew out.
He was able to schedule me within a few days (it took a few because of rain and not because of his schedule).  The work was done to my satisfaction.  They installed a 20 ft piece of gutter and 2 downspouts in addition to one diverter where I was having some problems with the water going the wrong way.

“We were so pleased with All-Pro that we felt compelled to take the time to share our experience.
We recently added 3 rain barrels outside our large, 2-story home in a terraced neighborhood.  Our existing gutters needed to be reconfigured to drain into the rain barrels, and we also needed to add a few more.  Our goal was to divert water from draining solely towards the rear of the house.  This was more challenging than it sounds, due to the ‘funky’ layout of our home — quite a few odd turns & bends would be required.
These guys were great in every way.  We’ve had alot of work done lately and one of our biggest pet peeves is a service provider being non-responsive to a query.  Not a problem with All-Pro; calls are answered or returned within a reasonable time.
The work done was high-quality and to our specifications … the gutters were color-matched so no painting required … they were on-time and got the job done much quicker than we expected.
After completion, we did have some rain and there was leakage at the site of a particularly twisty section with multiple bends (we were not at all surprised) .  As if we weren’t already pleased enough, they actually exceeded our expectations by returning to correct the issue without delay.  That in itself speaks volumes.”

“All Pro did a good job on my gutters.   I left a message with All Pro and Frank Charles called me back the same day to set up an appointment a few days later.  I had another quote to replace all of my gutters and wanted to get another opinion.  I was experiencing poor drainage off my roof and many of my gutters were overflowing and leaking.
Frank inspected my gutters and suggested that much of my existing system was in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced, which would save me some money.  He suggested replacing a section of gutters on the backside of my house and adding some new downspouts around the house to help flush the water away more effectively, and to install leaf guards over all of my gutters to prevent the leaf build up I was experiencing.  Frank indicated that during the installation his guys would also clean out the existing gutters and downspouts and repair any problem areas.
The All Pro guys showed up on time and finished the work in the same day.  They did everything as promised. Frank came back the next day to meet with me in person and do a walk around to show me what they had done and make sure it met my expectations.  My experience with All Pro was excellent.”

“We found Frank and All Pro Gutters through Clark Pittman with Carnival Custom Painting (Flower Mound), who was doing the exterior repaint on our house. We can not thank Clark enough for leading us to Frank!!

We only got one other estimate (thru Phillips), and Frank’s came in about $300 lower, so with the recommendation from Clark we were thrilled!

Frank coordinated with Clark to ensure that our gutter color matched the paint color, and also on the timing. They were able to come out the same day as the painting, which made it really nice to get everything done all at once!

We had a moment of confusion when the guys started the installation, as I was under the impression that we were going to have red downspouts to blend in with the brick on our house, a technique I’d never heard of but one that Frank recommended and I really liked the idea of. It turned out that we hadn’t ever actually called Frank to have him write it in on the estimate (completely our mistake), so the materials weren’t going to be available for another week. The installer was going to be more than happy to leave up the white downspouts he had already put up until they could get back out here to do red. No questions asked. After looking at things, we decided that we actually did prefer the white downspouts, as with the white trim we just had painted, it really framed out our dark brick nicely. Long story short, the guys were able to finish up the job as started, and didn’t give me any grief whatsoever for my drama 🙂

During the installation, there were a couple of instances where they stopped and consulted with us on how we wanted the downspouts to be aimed. This really ended up being an aesthetic decision more than a functional one, so I thought it was especially nice of them to take the time to get my opinion, rather than just making them all straight which would have been easiest.

All in all, between Clark with Carnival Painting, and Frank with All Pro, our home is so beautifully spruced up and I couldn’t be happier! It’s so nice when things go smoothly, and I can only imagine that if they hadn’t, Frank would have been right there himself to get things cleared up. Go with Frank, you won’t be sorry!!”
